Alva Laval centrifugal pumps of the GM /GM-A series

GM: Pump body and shaft made of acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4404 (316L). Impeller made of fiberglass reinforced nylon (max. 80oC). The studs and nuts of the pump housing are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (304). The adapter and bushings are made of plastic.

GM-A: Like GM, but the impeller is made of acid-resistant steel 1.4404 (316L), nuts and brackets are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (304), the adapter is made of cast iron. The seals are made of nitrile (NBR).

Engine

• Standard electric motor attached to the base by means of a flange, in accordance with the IEC metric standard 2 poles=3000/3600 rpm at 50/60 Hz, IP55 (with drainage holes and labyrinth plunger), insulation class F.
