Mud pumps
Submersible mud pump.
Submersible pump for pumping water from mines, tunnels, quarries and construction sites with a vertical discharge nozzle and a submersible 3-phase electric motor of insulation class F (155*C).
The pump has a rotary pressure fitting, a cooling casing to ensure that the engine is cooled by the pumped liquid. Rolling bearings with grease inserted into them for the entire service life do not require maintenance. The pump has a dual sealing system.
The impeller is located between the rubber parts. A rubber-coated plate above the impeller protects the bottom of the oil chamber from wear. The cooling casing is protected by a rubber gasket. When the diffuser wears out, the anchor bolts are unscrewed and replaced.
The pump is supplied with a strainer, a transfer handle and a 20m cable.
The pump has a built-in thermal switch in the stator windings, which turns off the pump at 130 *C.
