The NTEA pump has a very compact and robust design. It is designed for pumping pulp. The pump is equipped with a device that, by breaking the "bridge", ensures the correct supply of product to the screw.
The principle of operation
The rotation of the rotor forms a vacuum that facilitates the entry of the product into the pump.
When the screw rotates, the cavities with the product move from the suction to the discharge pipe. The feeding mechanism consists of a rotating blade driven by a geared motor, which feeds the product to the screw and prevents the formation of a so-called "bridge" that prevents the product from being pumped.
