HC KC JPC are two-line pressure compensators of modular installation, with relay and proportional distributors.
They maintain a constant pressure drop (∆p) between channel P and channel A or B and provide a constant flow regardless of pressure differences. Automatic pilot control (6) is enabled.
A fixed ∆p is only possible for size 06. The desired ∆p is adjusted by loosening the lock nut (4) and rotating the adjusting screw (5) on the pilot device. Clockwise rotation increases ∆p .
HC=ISO 4401 size 06; flow rate up to 50 l/min.
KC=ISO 4401 size 10; flow rate up to 100 l/min.
JPC=ISO 4401 size 16; flow rate up to 200 l/min.
The maximum inlet pressure is up to 350 bar.
Working fluid: mineral oils or synthetic fluids with similar lubricating properties.
