FLT22SS - the condensate trap (with a built-in bimetallic valve for the release of air and other non-condensable gases) is designed for low and high pressure condensate and is intended for installation on heat exchange equipment, as well as for condensate drainage. 

A typical application for this type of condensate drains is installation on heat exchange equipment, drying cylinders, steam jackets and other equipment.
Connection internal thread or flanges, in horizontal or vertical position.

Specifications:

Constant condensate drainage. Condensate is discharged at saturation temperature. It is not affected by sudden changes in loads and pressure drop. 

• The default setting is horizontal – flow from right to left FLT22 (R-L)

Execution:

• FLT 22S – Carbon Steel
• FLT22SS – Stainless Steel

Delivery is possible under the order:

• installation on a horizontal pipeline, flow direction from left to right (L-R)
• installation on a vertical pipeline, flow direction from top to bottom (V)
• Pressure drop: FLT22-4.5: 4.5 bar, FLT22-10: 10 bar, FLT22-14: 14 bar
