High-performance Bonfiglioli Series A conical-cylindrical gearboxes They are presented in twelve dimensions in two-, three- and four-stage versions, a huge selection of performance characteristics and high power transmission density. The combined version with electric motors has two design options: a compact motor or a standard IEC with an axis height from 63 to 250 mm. An adapter for servo applications or a solid shaft can also be installed at the output.
The housing for small models is made of aluminum (30 each), standard sizes over are enclosed in a durable cast iron frame, input and output shafts are made of high quality steel. The steel gear gears undergo thorough thermal and mechanical treatment for the most reliable and efficient operation of the unit.
The compact design of the gearboxes allows optimal use of the working space, the modular construction concept provides easy and fast integration into the drive unit.
Variations of this series are available to order in the standard energy efficiency classes IE2 (high) and IE3 (premium), as well as explosion-proof design (ATEX), work in categories Zones 1 and 21.
