Angular conical-cylindrical gearboxes families S, SM from the company STM These are high-tech, reliable and ready-to-use mechanical transmissions. The model range consisting of three overall dimensions is represented by two-stage versions. An economical and at the same time highly efficient solution, an innovative alternative to less precise worm gears in a low-power range of power parameters.
The monolithic housing is made of cast aluminum (for all sizes), due to the absence of component parts, it has high rigidity as opposed to high loads. The internal structure of the gearbox is designed in such a way as to optimize the circulation of lubricants, reduce noise and ensure the tightness of the structure.
There are two main configurations of gearboxes in this category:
- S - hollow shaft (without flange)
- SM - hollow shaft with flanged connection or with an already built-in motor
The following possible output shaft options are offered: double (built-in solid), hollow with a keyway or with a shrink disc. On request, a jet rod can be included in the package.
