Angular gearboxes of the series ED productions Tsubaki Precision bevel gears with spiral teeth are used as an energy transfer mechanism. Due to the high precision of the elements, this line is distinguished by excellent performance indicators (95-98%) and productivity, characterized by exceptional smoothness and no noise during operation. They can be used in a wide range of manufacturing applications, in particular as part of the drive of lifting equipment, paper machines, metal rolling, amusement rides, etc.
The model range consists of ten dimensions, which gives a wide range of power parameters for specific specifications. The variety of shaft configurations reaches 42 possible types of execution, single or double-sided shafts. The gearbox housing is made of grey or ductile iron, the smallest size is made of cast aluminum.
