Two-way stainless steel ball valve for shutting off neutral gaseous and liquid media. The housing consists of a three-component bolted structure with a full cylindrical passage. Due to the self-regulating multi-component spindle seal, the ball valve does not require maintenance. It is stamped in accordance with AD-Merkblatt A4, has a fire safety certificate and an antistatic device. The approval of TA-Luft is under preparation.
The flange plate in accordance with ISO 5211 provides a direct design of the pneumatic rotary actuator, resulting in an extremely compact and functional unit. Due to the principle of the double piston of the rotating drive, the force of the pistons rotating in opposite directions is transmitted to the common gear through two racks rigidly connected to the pistons. This principle provides a linear torque curve throughout the entire stroke.
The control function of this ball valve actuator assembly is pneumatically double acting. Additional information can be found on our technical portal. The drive is fully assembled in our assembly, configured and subjected to functional testing before delivery.
