Linear mixers with high shear forces The ME-4100 series allow to pump, disperse, homogenize and emulsifyproducts.
These mixers are used in the processes of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. They are often installed on existing lines, as well as in cases of lack of space in containers for vertical or bottom mixers.
Mixers (homogenizers) work with recirculating tanks and the best result is achieved by passing the product through the mixer several times.
Body mixer It is similar to the housing of a centrifugal pump, it contains a stator and a rotor. The mixer is characterized by increased cutting due to the verified tolerances between the rotor and the stator, as well as high speed.
The mixer sucks in the product, the rotor directs it to the stator. The product passes through the holes of the stator, and the product is mechanically cut, the particles are subjected to rotor operation at a speed of more than 20 m/s.
Then hydraulic cutting takes place when the product passes through the stator holes at high speed. If the viscosity of the product is above 200cP, it is recommended to install an auxiliary pump at the inlet and outlet if high pressure is required.
