Horizontal blenders intended for dissolving powdery substances in liquids in the conditions of recycling. The scope of application is limited to the dissolution of a small amount of powdered ingredient due to the small size of the funnel and the absence of a bag table.
The principle of operation
Compact blender It consists of a centrifugal pump with a venturi suction system and a funnel with a disc gate for adjusting the supply of dry ingredients.
In this design, the suction system and venturi are placed horizontally. A vacuum is created at the base of the funnel, the dry substance is sucked in and, passing through the pump body, dissolves.
For the best result, it is recommended to recycle the product (batch production) for some time after complete application of the dry substance. In some cases blender It can be used for in-line production, it all depends on the type of additive and the degree of dissolution.
