EnviroAire S: An excellent compressor unit
Gardner Denver developed the EnviroAire complete scroll compressor to meet the stringent requirements of the industry, which needed clean air without any pollutants and oil impurities. The range of scroll compressors begins with single-unit units with a capacity of 4, 6 and 8 kW and continues with paired units with a capacity of 7, 11 and 15 kW. The compressor design is characterized by an extremely simple, easy-to-maintain and clean layout.

Explanation of the principle of compression in a spiral compressor
A movable (rotating) spiral and a fixed spiral are combined in such a way that cavities – compression chambers - form between their walls.
Continuously rotating, the movable spiral moves atmospheric air from the inlet to the center, pumping air into the shrinking space of the cavity and compressing it.
Compressed air is directed to the central discharge window of the compressor.
The required discharge pressure is achieved as a result of multi-stage compression, and therefore the suction and discharge process is carried out continuously.
