Pump 3ME/I 40-200/7.5 IE3 (1330906604I)
Centrifugal pumps made of stainless steel AISI 304 (Series 3) and AISI 316L (Series 3L) Ebara (Italy). Electric pumps are used for pumping cold and hot water and are used in stationary installations. They are made of materials that ensure a long service life and consistent performance.
They are suitable for use in municipal, industrial and agricultural facilities, booster installations, fire extinguishing, heating and air conditioning systems.
The design allows disassembly and maintenance of the engine, replacement of the impeller and mechanical seal without the need to remove the pump housing from the suction and discharge pipelines. The pumps have medium and high performance in accordance with EN 733 DIN 24255 and other relevant European standards.

Series 3 electric pumps cannot be used for operation:
- with dirty water,
- acidic water and corrosive liquids in general,
- water with a temperature exceeding the specified,
- sea water,
- flammable liquids and liquids that pose a general danger.
4 versions with 2 and 4 pole motors are available:
- 3M,3LM is a monoblock with an elongated motor shaft.
- 3S, 3LS is a monoblock with a standard motor, connecting the shafts through a rigid coupling.
- 3P, 3LP - based, with a standard motor, shaft connection via an elastic coupling.
- 3PF, 3LPF, 3SF, 3LSF are pumps without an engine.

- Maximum working pressure: 10 bar.
Maximum liquid temperature:
- from -10°C to +90°C,
- from -10°C to +110°C (L-H-HS versions).
Materials:
Pump body and sealing bottom made of AISI 304 stainless steel: for 3M series 32-125/160/200, 40-125/160/200, 50-125/160, 65-125/160/200.
The impeller:
- stainless steel AISI 304 for the series 3 32-125/160/200, 40-125/160/200, 50-125/160,
- stainless steel AISI 316 micro casting for series 3 65-125/160/200 .
Mechanical seal made of:
- Graphite/Ceramics/NBR for the series 3 32-125/160/200, 40-125/160/200, 50-125/160,65-125/160/200.
- Other special mechanical seals on request.
