Self-priming, used in applications with low flow rates in a wide range of industry areas. The rotor design is based on three screws: one main drive screw and two idling screws for sealing. The rotation of the screws is carried out without mechanical action relative to each other, which allows you to maintain low noise and vibration. All structural components are perfectly balanced, axial loads are smoothed out, radial loads are excluded.
They are available in three types of configuration:
AFI - standard design, vertical and horizontal mounting
AFI-F - version with integrated filter (0.4 mm) for protection against penetration of solid particles into the system, vertical installation
AFI-T - double version with built-in filters, vertical installation with oil sump
Heating systems can also be included in the delivery package to prevent solidification of the pumped materials. Electric, steam or liquid heaters are used.
