ACP/ACE COMPRESSED AIR COOLERS
ACP/ACE compressed air coolers remove condensate and oils from the air stream during abrasive blasting. Condensate and oils in the abrasive blasting system cause clumping of the abrasive and possible blockage of the dispenser, hoses and nozzles. Dry, purified compressed air prevents clumping of the abrasive, increases productivity and reduces maintenance costs. ACP/ACE compressed air coolers are a cost-effective way to remove up to 95% of the condensate and oils normally found in compressed air. Dry air prevents the appearance of wet abrasive, which leads to increased wear, increased downtime and additional maintenance.
