Thermowell made of all-metal billet to protect the thermometer from mechanical and corrosive environmental influences. 

For use in harsh industrial conditions, it is necessary to calculate the strength characteristics of the thermowell. The quality of the finished product is checked by non-destructive testing of the output control: penetrating dye (quality of welds), ultrasonic flaw detection (presence of microcracks), tests for helium leakage and static pressure (integrity and tightness of the structure).
