Domestic electric motors Ruselprom A2KP

Special asynchronous electric motors manufactured by a Russian company Ruselprom The A2KP series (asynchronous, two-speed compressor electric motors purged by overpressure) with a short-circuited rotor are designed to drive gas-powered 4M-based opposed compressors in explosive zones. The motors are designed to operate from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz, a voltage of 380 V, 400 V, 415 V, as well as a frequency of 60 Hz and a voltage from 380 to 440 V. The engines have an explosion protection level of "increased reliability against explosion" with the type of explosion protection "pressurized shell purge" and an explosion protection marking 2ExpzIIT5X. 

Electric drives Ruselprom The A2KP series are supplied complete with a control cabinet. In turn, the control cabinet is not explosion-proof, therefore it should not be installed outside the explosive zone. The insulation of the stator winding is thermosetting of the Monolith–2 type of heat resistance class not lower than "B". The stator winding allows it to be switched to eight or sixteen poles at a mains frequency of 50 Hz and has six output ends located in the output device. The engine is controlled from the compressor automation cabinet through the engine control cabinet. The control circuits are powered from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 220 V, 230 V, 240 V, as well as a frequency of 60 Hz with a voltage of 220 V.
