Special electric motors manufactured by the company Ruselprom The ADPM series have grease-lubricated rolling bearings. One of the bearing units is current-insulated. The engines can be equipped with SKF or FAG bearings. The insulation of the stator winding is thermosetting of the Monolith-2 type of a class of heat resistance not lower than "F" with a temperature of use at the level of class "B". The motors are equipped with temperature control sensors for the winding, stator core and bearing assemblies. The terminal ends of the stator winding are fixed to the tires in the terminal box. The connection of the motors to the drive mechanism is carried out by means of elastic couplings. Fans are installed on the engine to provide independent ventilation of the engine.
