In recent years, the company VEMZ designed, manufactured and delivered to customers thousands of AIRS series high-slip electric motors.
The large scientific center of the company has a powerful testing center for electric machines. It has a unique technical potential for conducting tests for compliance with technical requirements and calculated data of electromagnetic and thermal parameters, for resistance to climatic and mechanical influences, for compliance with the degree of protection. At the same time, the company's production base allows us to manufacture not only serial products in the form of electric machines for various fields of application, but also piece-by-piece production of unique electric motors. Electric motors VEMZ modifications AIRS160, AIRS200, AIRS225 and AIRS250 with increased slip, they are designed to drive mechanisms with a high coefficient of inertia, mechanisms with uneven pulsating load and mechanisms with frequent and heavy starts. The rated power of the AIRC engines refers to the re-short-term S3 mode. The sliding of the engine at rated power is in the range of 5-10%. The engines can also operate in S2, S4 and S6 modes. The motors are designed to operate from a 50 Hz AC power supply with a voltage of 220/380 V, 380/660 V. Climatic versions U3, U2 and T2. The degree of protection is IP54.
