Bonfiglioli 300S Planetary Gearboxes

The 300S series of planetary gearboxes is a modification of the 300 line specially designed for performing rotary operations as part of drives of industrial equipment and machines. The design of the outlet is reinforced, which ensures maximum resistance to increased loads inherent in this field of application, two versions of the block N (extended with double bearing) and F (compact design), depending on the requirements of spatial resolution.

The model range is divided into nine sizes and covers a torque range up to 135,000 Nm, three- and four-stage versions for all scales to select the optimal ratio of reduction gears.

The spline shaft at the outlet allows mounting gears of various sizes and profiles at the discretion of the customer, and a version with a flange with eccentric mounting holes is also available. For mounting asynchronous motors, standard IEC flange connections are used or branded for compact motors of this brand, flanges are available for operation as part of hydraulic systems.
