Company Sumitomo Drive Technologies has developed an innovative line of special purpose gearboxes ZS, ZSP, ZP for operation as part of a centrifuge drive, including decanters. They are ideal for these highly dynamic applications, handle high loads perfectly and ensure the safe, reliable operation of centrifugal systems.
The transmission housing and all mechanical components are made of steel, an excellently balanced design in contrast to the vibration factors of high-speed modes.
This family of programs is represented by three series:
ZS - compact and high-performance single-stage gearboxes with cycloidal transmission, 14 standard sizes, two modifications ZS-M and ZS-L;
ZSP - combined two-stage gearboxes with cycloidal and planetary gears, versions ZSPN, ZSPV, ZSPR for various types of centrifuges, 12 standard sizes, two modifications ZSP -M and ZSP -L;
ZP - planetary gearboxes with two- and three-stage configurations, versions of ZPN, ZPV, ZPR for various types of centrifuges, 6 standard sizes, 4 auxiliary single-stage gears with two variations of the direction of rotation. .
