The plate heat exchanger consists of a package of corrugated metal plates with holes for the passage of two types of liquids, between which heat transfer occurs. The package of plates is assembled between the bed and the pressure plate and compressed with tightening bolts. The plates are equipped with gaskets that seal the channel and direct liquids to other channels. The number of plates will be determined by the flow rate, the physical properties of the liquids and the temperature program. The connections can be located on the support and pressure plate.
