Industrial Vibrators VV from a German company Aldak Vibration Technology They are electromechanical devices for surface placement and actuation of vibrating equipment for working with bulk materials and products (sealing, loosening, unloading, sieving, etc.). The design consists of electric motors with eccentric loads installed at both ends of the shaft.
High starting torque values, suitable for continuous operation, adjustment of power values in the range from 0 to 100%. Fully sealed design, the areas of application also include explosive production, according to Atex II 2 D zones 21 and 22. Aluminum is used as housing materials for small sizes, high-strength cast iron for more powerful models, and stainless steel covers. The lubrication of the moving elements is designed for a long-term period of operation.
