Industrial Vibrators VV-E from a German company Aldak Vibration Technology They are electromechanical devices for surface placement and actuation of vibrating equipment for working with bulk materials and products (sealing, loosening, unloading, sieving, etc.). The design consists of three-phase electric motors with eccentric loads installed at both ends of the shaft. These are reliable drives manufactured taking into account the most stringent requirements for this type of technological products.
High starting torque values, suitable for continuous operation, adjustment of power values in the range from 0 to 100%. Fully sealed design, the areas of application also include explosive production, according to Atex II 2 GD zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. Aluminum is used as body materials for small sizes, high-strength cast iron for more powerful models, and stainless steel covers. The lubrication of the moving elements is designed for a long-term period of operation.
