Electromechanical vibrators of the series MVE from a German company Berger Maschinenbau designed to work with bulk materials and industrial products, they are used to carry out the processes of unloading bunkers, conveyor movement, sieving, separation, sealing, loosening. Also, these site vibration motors are popular in construction for working with formwork structures in order to improve the quality of manufacturing concrete products.
The housing is completely sealed against water and dust ingress. Aluminum is used as materials for small sizes, and steel is used for more powerful ones, in both cases these are cast molds. The support units are reinforced and designed for continuous use. Circular vibration is generated by means of eccentric loads installed at both ends of the shaft. The strength and amplitude of the vibrations are adjustable, as well as flexible adjustment of the rotation speed using a frequency converter.
This product is certified for use in explosive zone 22 (ATEX Ex II 3D 100 °C), to ensure a higher level of protection, versions of the MVE-E (Ex e II tD A21 T 150 °C), MVE-D (II GD Ex d IIB T4 Ex tD A21 IP66 T135 are available for order ° C).
