Electromechanical vibrators of the series MVE-DC from a German company Berger Maschinenbau designed to work with bulk materials and industrial products, they are used to carry out the processes of unloading bunkers, conveyor movement, dosing, sieving, separation, sealing, loosening, etc. Direct current with a voltage rating of 12 or 24 V is used as a power source, which makes them an excellent offer for mobile vibration installations, for example in construction, agricultural machinery.
The housing is reliably protected from dust and water ingress into the machine, cast aluminum frame. Circular vibration is generated by means of eccentric loads installed at both ends of the shaft, the force and amplitude of vibrations are regulated. Approved for use in an explosive zone 22 (ATEX Ex II 3D certificate).
