Electromechanical vibrators of the series MVE-Micro from a German company Berger Maschinenbau designed to work with bulk materials and industrial products, they are used for unloading small bunkers, conveyor movement, dosing, sieving, separation, sealing, loosening, etc. They are certified for use in explosive zone 22 (ATEX Ex II 3D 100°C).
The housing is reliably protected from dust and water ingress into the machine, cast aluminum frame. Circular vibration is generated by means of eccentric loads installed at both ends of the shaft. The strength and amplitude of the vibrations are adjustable, as well as flexible adjustment of the rotation speed using a frequency converter.
