The device is widely used for compaction of soil and concrete mix, transportation and sieving of bulk materials, on brick mini-installations, in the manufacture of reinforced concrete products and paving slabs, as part of vibrating equipment.
The principle of operation
The IV-107N-1.5 pad vibrator is produced by the manufacturer in two variations – with a three-phase voltage of 380V and 42V. It is connected to the supply network through a step-down transformer TSZI-2.5. The driving force is created during the rotation of the motor with the rotor shaft. The high-reliability model is equipped with reinforced cast-iron bearing shields, reliable winding, which allows it to be used in longer operating modes.
