Pneumatic vibrator HFP 6000CW (wall mount)
External pneumatic vibrators do not contain an electrical component. They are powered by compressed air, which rotates the rotors inside the vibrator at a very high speed (typically from 10,000 to 17,000 rpm). This creates a circular vibration that spreads in all directions.
The optimal frequency varies depending on the size of the materials: a low frequency (approximately 10,000 rpm) contributes to the vibration of large granules (pebbles and gravel), while high-frequency (20,000 rpm) are used for small granules (sand, cement, etc.).
They are mainly used for the construction of blocks for tunnels, overpasses and bridges.
The cast and high-strength housing of the OLI pneumatic vibrator is made of cast iron with spherical graphite. Pneumatic vibrators are characterized by high reliability and durability and at the same time have a compact design. Like electric vibrators, they can be mounted on a formwork or a mold using bolts or quick-release fasteners.
