The design of the starting device and the servo drive allows you to organize an internal supply of working air without external flexible pipelines. In addition to the electrical and optical position signaling, the device status is displayed on the display of the pneumatic trigger device. The housing consists of materials resistant to chemicals, is easy to clean and corresponds to the degree of protection of the shell for use in hygienic equipment of the food and pharmaceutical industries. When cleaning the equipment, the protection of the shell of the housing is maintained by excessive pressure in the control head. In combination with Burkert actuators of the ELEMENT series, the pneumatic control system provides ventilation of the spring installation cavity, while preventing contamination of the actuator chambers from the environment.
