Pneumatic control for decentralized automation of direct-flow valves ELEMENT (248833)

The pneumatic starting device of the 8697 model is designed for the decentralized automation of direct-flow pneumatic valves ELEMENT 21xx. Mechanical or inductive limit switches determine the position of the valve. An integrated pilot valve controls the single-acting actuators. The design of the starting device and the servo drive allows you to organize an internal supply of working air without external flexible pipelines. In addition to the electrical position alarm, the device status is displayed by LEDs on the pneumatic starter itself. The housing consists of materials resistant to chemicals, is easy to clean and corresponds to the degree of protection of the shell for use in hygienic equipment of the food and pharmaceutical industries. In combination with Burkert actuators of the ELEMENT series, the pneumatic control system provides ventilation of the spring installation cavity, while preventing contamination of the actuator chambers from the environment.
