Reciprocating compressors of the CLR 15-25 (CleanAir) series do not use oils in the working mechanism, therefore, their impurities are excluded at the outlet in compressed air (class 0, according to ISO 8573-1 standard). These requirements for the cleanliness of technological processes in dentistry (connection of up to 5 units of installations), surgery, laboratories, the food industry, etc. are most in demand. In addition, they are also characterized by exceptional reliability, high efficiency and low maintenance needs.
The entire range of standard sizes is installed on a receiver of various volumes. The electric motor is connected directly to the piston unit, transferring power without loss to additional links. An efficient cooling system maintains an optimal operating temperature. The internal metal surfaces are protected from corrosion by an epoxy resin-based coating. Very low noise level at work for comfortable placement of equipment directly in the workplace.
The following versions of the design of the CLR 15-25 compressors are available for order:
- open (bodyless) design on a receiver with a capacity of 25 liters complete with and without a dehumidifier
- open (shell-less) design on a 50-liter receiver complete with and without a dehumidifier
- closed structure with increased noise insulation on the receiver with a capacity of 30 liters complete with and without a dehumidifier
