Family of industrial compressors CAVE Alup production has a piston compression technology, air enters the cylinders and is processed using a single- or multi-stage design to the operating pressure level. High-strength materials are used, a quick-release connection to the hose is implemented, and accurate pressure control is carried out. A powerful ventilation cooling system maintains optimal temperature values. These are very practical and productive installations suitable for a wide range of applications with different frequency of use.
The product range includes a wide range of operating parameters and design solutions to meet the requirements of various levels. Standard sizes with working pressure up to 10 bar and receivers up to 200 liters, inclusive, have a mobile design with built-in wheels and a handle for comfortable movement. Models over 10 bar are mounted on paws, mounted on a receiver with a horizontal and vertical position.
HLE compressors are available in three types of configuration:
- simple and reliable PRACTIC HLE for use in small formats, for individual use, there are versions with direct or belt drive from a low-power motor with single-phase power supply, mounting on receivers with a volume of 24 - 90 liters;
- compressors CAVE with a wide range of models capable of covering the needs of both small workshops and high-pressure production applications, single- and two-stage piston mechanisms, receivers from 6 to 500 liters, direct belt drive, long service life and low maintenance requirements;
- closed version HLE-S with a reduced noise level (61-68 dBA) and a built-in dehumidifier (95% condensate removal), a control section on a removable panel (pressure gauge, time counter, on/off, emergency button, elements for those. maintenance).
