Invicta BCAR /BCIR /BSIR piston vibration motor

Pneumatic vibrators BCAR /BCIR /BSIR from the company Invicta designed to generate linear oscillations using reciprocating piston movements when compressed air pressure is applied through the intake duct. They are widely used for unloading bunkers, promoting, preventing congestion and sticking of materials in product pipelines of various designs. An excellent alternative to electromechanical drives, suitable for use in difficult production conditions, including in explosive zones 1 and 2 (gas), 21 and 22 (dust) according to ATEX.

The line is available in three types of functional design:

BCAR - Soft impact with air cushion, low noise, suitable for continuous operation

BCIR - hard impact on the mounting plate, suitable for continuous operation

BSIR - single-impact, controlled by an electromagnetic valve and an electronic timer, tuning with a frequency of up to 100 beats per minute, hard impact on the mounting plate.
