The high-frequency surface vibrator IV-14-150 has a wide range of applications. It is used in the construction industry when it is necessary to sift bulk materials – sand, expanded clay, crushed stone, tamp concrete mix or soil. The vibrator has found its application as part of vibrating equipment (vibrating tables, vibrating screens, vibration rammers), which allows it to be used for the manufacture of paving slabs and in many other areas.
The principle of operation
A surface vibrator is an equipment for converting electric current into vibration. The IV-14-150 consists of an asynchronous motor and unbalances mounted on both sides of the shaft. Each of them is protected by special casings. To turn on the IV-14-150, a 380 V power supply network is required. The adjustment of the driving force is carried out by changing the angle between the movable and static unbalances. The weight of the device is 29 kilograms, the power is 1.7 kW.
