The IV-98H surface vibrator of increased reliability is an asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor and unbalances mounted on both ends of the shaft.
The devices are widely used for compaction of soils and concrete mixtures, transportation, unloading and sieving of bulk materials. The vibrator is successfully used on vibrating tables, vibrating feeders, platforms, block brick mini-installations, electric vibrating plates and vibrators.
This model is used in areas where there is a high probability of electric shock (for example, an environment with high humidity, dust, conducting current).
The principle of operation
The vibrator of this model is a device with a safe voltage. It is connected to the supply network via a 380V/42V step-down transformer. The design features of the device guarantee the vibration resistance of the stator winding in combination with the mechanical strength of the rotor shaft, body parts, and bearing assembly. Circular vibrations of the vibrator and the mechanism attached to it occur when the rotor of the electric motor rotates.
