Synchronous safety couplings Mayr EAS-smartic The shafts are instantly disconnected when the load limit is reached and the nodes are automatically reconnected when the overvoltage of the drive is removed. Excellent performance of the dynamics of operation, accurate transmission of power characteristics from the leading to the driven axis, ease of setting the required values for the operation of the limiters. They are suitable for a wide range of production installations.
The model range includes several structural versions of the mounting version: flange couplings for connecting drive elements (gears, pulleys, etc.), non-locking (with elastic insert of various hardness) and especially torsion-resistant couplings for connecting two shafts with offset compensation, various combinations of modular mounting elements are also available.
