Safety couplings Mayr with pneumatic (series EAS-Sp) and electric (series EAS-Sm, EAS-Zr) switching and stepless setting of limit values for the limiter. When critical loads are reached, these mechanisms ensure rapid uncoupling of the drive components without residual torque in order to avoid damage to the equipment. Synchronous engagement via full rotation for EAS-Sp /EAS-Sm and in 15 degree increments for the EAS-Zr series. The entire range can be equipped with a cover to protect against dust and dirt.
