Friction couplings of the series Mayr ROBA-slip hub (ROBA-RN sliding hub) designed to protect sensitive equipment in coupling with drive elements (gears, sprockets and pulleys) from overload. Despite their rather simple design and principle of operation, they are high-quality and extremely reliable components of the operational safety system. High level of wear resistance, fast and flexible adjustment of torque limits.
The couplings have a closed design, which prevents dirt from entering the assembly, and also undergo anti-corrosion treatment. All this makes them suitable for working in rather difficult production conditions. A wide range of models forms a wide range of constructive suggestions for optimal connection selection.
