Safety brakes ROBA-duplostop from the company Mayr designed to work as part of elevator drive units, they ensure the safety of operation of this type of equipment in accordance with the EN 81-1 standard. The design consists of two independent braking circuits, which are located directly next to each other, the retention is carried out by actuating spring mechanisms. The noise reduction measures used create conditions for almost silent operation.
Very compact design architecture, easy installation without the need to adjust the air gap. The installation of feedback sensors also does not add dimensions to the length of the structure, they are neatly integrated between two functional blocks. On request, elements for monitoring the functional state can be installed, as well as handles for the possibility of manual fixation. There are two types of dimensions in the model range (short and elongated format), in addition to standard values, there are versions with increased and reduced braking torque.
