High-performance safety brakes of the series ROBA-linearstop from the company Mayr designed to ensure the safety of fixing the drive elements, they are suitable for emergency stop and dynamic braking.
They are characterized by excellent performance, maximum integration flexibility and long service life.
The model range is presented in three categories of restraints:
- hydraulic brakes (articles ../380.01...0), have a spring device with precise fixation, applied force 4000 - 50000 N, keyless clutch, removal of retention using hydraulics (operating pressure 35 - 75 bar);
- pneumatic brakes (articles ../381.0.., ../381.1...) with a spring mechanism, a keyless clutch, a holding force of 450 - 40,000 N, removal using pneumatics with a pressure of 4-6 bar, available in two versions, one is used for emergency stop, the second can be used to perform dynamic braking functions (more than 20,000 operations)
- electromagnetic brakes (articles ../382.0...) with a spring mechanism with precise fixation, applied force 200 - 17000 N, without backlash, removal of restraint by means of an electromagnetic DC drive.
