Electromagnetic safety brakes of the series ROBA-topstop from the company Mayr designed specifically for use as part of a servo motor drive unit, mounted on the side of a DE-bearing. They ensure the safe retention of the shaft in any position of the axis, including when the motor is switched off. These brake modules are suitable for frequent use conditions and retain their performance characteristics until the end of the specified service life.

Very compact design, high level of protection from dust and moisture, optimized design allows you to maintain the temperature regime even with a full cycle of operation. Rapid response gives a minimum braking time, and a special monitoring system is built in to monitor the condition.
