Series of gearboxes POSIREX and POSIREX I from PIV DRIVES designed specifically for working with single-screw extruders, they meet the main requirements of this production line: the transmission of high torques for compression and plasticization of molding materials, synthetic for fiber lines, as well as the absorption of high traction force characteristic of these operations.
Construction POSIREX It is a combination of a POSITIVE 2 series transmission box and an axial bearing (self-aligning, roller) with a flange mount. Both components are represented by various variations of execution, independently of each other, it is possible to make their most optimal pair of them. The body is made of grey cast iron, designed according to advanced technologies for the best heat transfer and the lowest noise effect.
Series POSIREX IIt is represented by 12 standard sizes of 2- and 3-stage screw reducers with integrated axial thrust bearings, horizontal and vertical versions. Bevel gears are used for gears that have been hardened and polished with high quality, and quiet operation is characteristic. The shafts have sealing rings, roller bearings.
