Knoedler ZS-C clamping device drive It is used to work on injection molding machines with power supply. The design includes toothed rails, which are more efficient and low noise than the ball screw gears that preceded them. Synchronous servomotors with 2- or 4-fold gears provide high levels of power density and dynamic response.
To adjust the length of the structure, despite the large step, a solution was developed in the form of adjustable telescopic bushings. This movable configuration allows for adjustment depending on the required stroke.
There are two options for the location of the drive with regard to the entire installation: side and top. All drives, from ZS 81.2-C onwards, have a built-in water coil heat exchanger. For ease of installation, all standard mounting options are available according to IEC. An optional additional meter can be installed to monitor the oil temperature.
