Compact and efficient industrial Knoedler drives of the ZS-I /FZ series designed processes for feeding and dosing of raw materials for injection molding machines. The linear block uses a special design based on toothed rails to increase power, 4- or 8-fold gear engagement, the force is compensated by a double helical transmission. Synchronous servo motors and the transmission of the intermediate shaft have a minimum moment of inertia, which also increases the level of work dynamics. The plasticizing unit is connected to the injection unit. For safe operation, water cooling is installed by means of a coil in the plasticizing transmission.
