Conical cylindrical gearboxes for bucket elevators from the series RXO-O 800 from the company STM these are high-tech and reliable mechanical transmissions for performing specialized tasks of this type. They consist of two reduction units: the main one for performing standard production operations and an auxiliary one with much lower speeds for performing positioning tasks. The monolithic body is made of cast iron (for all sizes, steel on request) and, due to the absence of component parts, has high rigidity as opposed to high loads. The internal structure of the gearbox is designed in such a way as to optimize the circulation of lubricants, reduce noise and ensure the tightness of the structure. The input and output connecting nodes are designed to meet the challenges of this field of application and have excellent weight-to-performance ratios.
