Gearboxes for working with industrial lifting devices from the series RXP3-E from the company STM these are high-tech and reliable mechanical transmissions for performing specialized tasks of this type. The speed control is carried out in a wide range thanks to the use of a differential planetary transmission with two inputs. The ratio of the two applied forces makes it possible to adjust the lifting process (acceleration/deceleration). The model range consisting of twelve overall dimensions is represented by a three-stage version.
The monolithic body is made of cast iron (for all sizes, steel on request) and, due to the absence of component parts, has high rigidity as opposed to high loads. The internal structure of the gearbox is designed in such a way as to optimize the circulation of lubricants, reduce noise and ensure the tightness of the structure. The large-sized input and output connection nodes are designed to meet the challenges of this field of application and have excellent weight-performance ratios.
