Mechanical variator motors series WM from the company STM They have a universal modular design for easy adaptation of the driven equipment at the outlet, fastening is carried out using an integrated flange. The technology of stepless speed change is carried out due to the operation of planetary gearboxes consisting of two satellites and a disk with manual adjustment of the radius of interaction of gears by friction.
As a result of this type of reduction, a smooth adjustment of the rotation speed of the gear ratios 1: 1.4 and 1 is available : 8.2, two directions. This series is characterized by silent operation and absence of vibration.
For the convenience of speed control, an indicator device with a gradation from 0 to 2000 can be installed (optionally) on the adjustment mechanism itself.
