INTORQ GmbH BFK470 spring brakes

Electromagnetic spring brakes series BFK470 from the company Intorq designed specifically to work in difficult production conditions. For reliable protection against adverse factors, they are equipped with a frame with an IP66 protection level (dustproof, high degree of protection from water). Also, this series can be used in extreme temperature ranges, frost-resistant design is available to order (CCV) with lower limits up to -40 °C. Typical applications: brake motors, crane and lifting equipment, textile installations, car washes, wind turbines, etc.

The model range consists of seven dimensions, mounting design of three types: without flange, with standard or centering flange mounting. Power transmission without the use of lubricants, fast installation and low maintenance costs. Optional non-contact sensor for monitoring the switching function. Aluminum rotor, a version of the rotor with an intermediate ring is available to reduce the noise level. The unfixing handle is available on request as an option for all standard sizes.
