The spring-loaded pressure reducing valve in a 3-body design, made entirely of stainless steel in combination with sealing materials such as NBR, EPDM, FKM and PTFE coated membrane materials, makes this gearbox resistant to almost all leaking media or environmental influences.
The pressure reducer is available in 3 body sizes, which allow you to accurately calculate the required pressure flow rate:
The housing type 01 is designed for a capacity of up to 1000 l/h with? P 1 bar
The housing type 03 has a max. Passage of 4,000 l/h also at? P 1 bar
Housing type 05 with a flow rate of 7,500 l/h, measured at ? P 1 bar
The springs, adjusted according to the pressure levels, ensure high accuracy of repeating the set output pressures. The gas version also uses a damping element that reduces noise and vibration. Pressure reducers can be identified by the "-G" in the article number.
Designed specifically for the food industry, the pressure reducer impresses with its small dead spaces. In addition, all parts in contact with the medium can also be electro-sanded on request. The spring chamber is separated by a membrane from the flow space.
The pressure reducer can be sterilized at steam temperatures up to +150 °C. For easy cleaning of the interior, the lid can be unscrewed. The sealing ring at the front of the thread ensures that products cannot be deposited in the thread.
The compact design allows installation even in a confined space. The installation position is entirely up to you. The glossy surface ensures installation in the operator's field of view and thus facilitates operation.
Thanks to the various types of connections, easy integration into your piping system is possible, for example: threads, clamping or flange connections, welded ends in accordance with DIN 11850-2 or ISO 4200, fittings for milk pipes and much more.
